2005 Snap Shot
The number of Lake front sales was up in 2005 at 65, the Woods were down 20% at 595 and surrounding communities down 10% at 258 homes. Record sales volumes in 2005 where Lake fronts grew to $101M, up 280%. The Woods was relatively flat at $301M up 1% and surrounding communities grew to $60M finishing up 9% over last year. What does this mean? We need more listings in the Woods. Demand still outweighs inventory.
